Customer experience is about so much more than call-center scripts or proper protocol around customer complaints. The best companies, the ones we know as customer experience leaders, adopt a customerfocused view to everything. Silos make understanding the customer journey that much harder.
It is a comprehensive effort that goes beyond isolated fixes, requiring alignment of leadership, strategy, culture, technology, and processes around the goal of delighting the customer. These are opportunities where exceptional experience can strongly influence a customersloyalty and spend.
Then, change it sooner rather than later.
